  • I wish tutorial makers would stop using atlas for tutorials.

    It convolutes which GUI we should use

    Stop using atlas for tutorials

    Tutorial makers need to fucking stop using atlas so people can get an actual idea of when our DB is connected to the GUI

    What about the GUIs ? Robo3t , how do I know on the GUI when the database is connected and being posted to???

    Not just cut corner with atlas

    I've done connection.js a thousand times, I know that part,
    The whole
    ConnectionObJ…. {

    Host: <host> ,
    User: <username>,
    Pass: <pass, am abbreviating these bc mobile>
    Port : port etc etc

    }
    Using atlas cuts corners so people who use the real GUI are never sure what the process is

    but following it from a situation using robo3t or work bench for Mysql, the GUI doesn't give us any indicators.

    Show us the part from the GUI,

    1. Create DB
    2. Use DB

    But how do I know when my DB is being used by my connection.js?
    The specific DB on itself.

    Not atlas where it does everything for you

    Where do we obtain that same connection string from GUI in any form of SQL or NoSQL, and know when that database is now activated?
