In this special episode, we are joined by one of the biggest names, if not the biggest, in the biohacking and longevity movements – Dave Asprey! 😮
Dave is *literally* the man who put the word ‘biohacking’ in the dictionary… 🔥🔥
And he’s also the founder of Bulletproof, one of the fastest-growing supplement and nutrition companies in America.
Oh, Dave has also published two New York Times best-selling books, AND his all-new book, Game Changers, comes out today!
Well, the episode is not going to disappoint you either…
We talk about Dave’s journey from being a Silicon Valley executive to fixing his health and to founding Bulletproof…
And we also go quite deep, talking about the things that drive him, emotional trauma, physical trauma, recovery, and much more.
As you’ll find out, it’s a wide-ranging episode – one that can only happen when 2 seasoned life-hackers meet and meld minds. 💪
Without any further ado, I strongly suggest that you listen to this amazing episode here!

Dave isn’t setting a good example compared to the plant based advocates who look great for their ages… and is that a stolen skin that got ripped off a conscious sentient being that he’s wearing around his neck?
What was his age in this video?
I cant believe he is only 40. I tried this bulshit with my therapist: "im not losing weight. im exercising.there is something wrong with my body..". All these excuses. It didnt work. He cut through my bulshit. 3 months later of real exercise I can see a lot of changes. Ill give david a small hint. Head tilted backwords, neck forroward makes people look at lot older. the couse is lack of strong back muscles and lack of flexibility of the upper back. Ill link a picture of joseph pilates at 70 years old. thats how people that exercise look like.https://www.azulfit.com/about-joseph-pilates/
He's ages dramatically in 6 years! Popping pills my keep him awake and brain going, yet his body needs sleep to repair which it clearly isn't getting!
media for men with mid life crisises
I HARDLY EVER PUT MY PHONE IN MY POCKET AND IF I DO, IT'S A SHORT TIME ONLY…I ALWAYS LEAVE IT IN THE CAR, I DONT NEED TO TAKE CALLS WHEN I'M WORKING OUT OR DOING RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, PEOPLE ARE ATTACHED TO THEIR PHONES 24/7
A biohaker is always couragous and noble because he often takes a lot of risks in order to help and protect other people. But at some point of his life , when necessary, he should be more conservative and enough wise to abandon all the drugs and experiments he has elaborated in the past , and return to natural common sense and ancestral recipes.
For instance, what about a Moroccan breakfast( or any mediterranean way of life) like this one:
-infusion (Without sugar) of green tea+olive leaves+oregano (not oil)+Thyme
-a handfull of dates or figs (these are the alternative to sugar)
-barley or oat bread
-1 or 2 table spoons of virgin oil
-one fruit, preferably citrus .
2nd option: (could also be a good idea for dinner):
Porridge: 2 table spoons barley kernels+ 2 table spoons oat+ 1 small onion or leek chopped+1 table spoon parsley and coriander+ half coffee spoon cress seeds+half coffee spoon turmeric powder+1 piece of garlic+half coffee spoon cumin+half coffee spoon black pepper+ 1 table spoon virgin olive oil.
I would not mind looking old if inside my body I feel great and my inflammation markers ,my insulin levels, my cholesterol and triglycerides, my glycated hemoglobin are good. It must certainly be the case for Dave Asprey, the person we admire forever.
Medical cannabis, sodium infused, is at the top of my list of brain hacking products. Use a "Kush" NOT a "Sativa".
Everybody make sure to go out and see: "Game Changers" produced by James Camerons coming to a theater near you in January. This should really put Dave on the map!
This bloke looks like he is touching 60!
Dave Asprey's work has positively changed my life, when doctors and western medicine failed me.
I bet game changer is selling all your healthy product that make you look so healthy and young looking for 45 😂
Dave looks like he took 20 years in 2 years – WTF??? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pru2SUJkY8
The dude pops a million pills and still looks like he's exhausted and out of shape? Grey in the face too…
Dave Asprey isn’t looking too great
Excellent discussion, keep up the good work digging into all aspects of human health and performance
